For years, I knew I had more inside me, more potential and possibility but I often held myself back to avoid judgment or disappointing others. Through a commitment to my own growth, I learned that everything changes when you stop shrinking and start living from your truth.

I had a sudden realization two weekends ago, that I keep thinking of myself as the main power in my life. I had to do it all, with gusto and enthusiasm. I am slowly learning what it is like to lean into faith, whether it is the universe or a higher power, it feels less lonely and it strengthens me to remember that I am being guided, that I am not alone and that no matter what, I will be okay.
