Welcome

Where Courage Meets Possibility.

Hi, I’m Kristine and I believe courage is a daily practice.

Not the dramatic, movie-moment kind of courage, but the quiet, steady kind.
The kind that shows up when you choose yourself…
when you take the next brave step even if your voice shakes…
when you decide you’re no longer available for the smallness you once accepted.

For years, I knew I had more inside me, more potential and possibility but I often held myself back to avoid judgment or disappointing others. Through a commitment to my own growth, I learned that everything changes when you stop shrinking and start living from your truth.

That is the heart of Courage With Kristine.
A space for people who are ready to rise into their boldest, truest selves.

Letting It Pass Through

I watched a movie today called “The Roofman.” I had a difficult time watching it, knowing something bad was going to happen. It brought back memories of personal trauma, and my body reacted strongly. I struggled to sit with the anxiety and dread. I felt it in my fingers, stomach, and chest. I felt the urge to move, to get rid of the discomfort. I knew I had worked on letting my emotions pass, so I sat on my couch, turned on Headspace, and did a short meditation. I touched my stomach and chest, welcomed the feelings, and let them pass through.

Sometimes all you need is 5 minutes, breathing, and letting your emotions pass through. You can do it.
